The purchase transfers only the agreed contractual usage rights; source code is not transferred. Setup, domain connection and launch are handled manually. Twelve months of hosting are included from recorded activation. Later maintenance is optional, requires consent and does not renew automatically in the initial version. Before launch, finalize seller identity, VAT, withdrawal, cancellation, liability, domain, hosting expiry and jurisdiction terms.
